How he thinks about growth
Measurement before spend. At Linqto, Logan rebuilt attribution before scaling acquisition, cutting unattributed traffic from 80% to under 30%. A channel you cannot measure is a channel you cannot manage.
Partner channels compound. The affiliate program he built at Nav drove roughly 10% of new signups at the lowest CAC in the mix. The same playbook, rebuilt at Linqto, delivered 15% of new customers within six months.
AI retrieval is the new front door. A growing share of discovery now happens inside AI assistants rather than on search results pages. Generative Engine Optimization is the practice of making a company legible and quotable to those systems. This site is built that way on purpose: structured data, answer-shaped copy, and an open door to AI crawlers.
Current focus: Generative Engine Optimization, marketing automation, multi-channel growth strategy, and B2C go-to-market.
